Training/Mentoring
I offer formal training in a workshop setting. I prefer to work with small groups of 20 or fewer participants, as I find that the material "sticks" better as a result of the freer give-and-take afforded by such a setting. I present a “standard” 2-day workshop on the USG/USAID rules and regulations. But clients may also be interested in a customized training program, focused on specific issues they face. Consultation
I can help you to tailor your policies and procedures to accommodate your organization's specific needs and assure optimal compliance with the regulations.
